Sovereign of the Seas puts the player in charge of run-down pirate ship in the golden age of buccaneering. Commanding the vessel, exploring the ocean, visiting taverns and governors, trading, fighting - all of that happens in lush and colourful VR. However, there are more career options than just plunder and barter: Players can follow the path of a Shanty Master and become a famous bard of the Caribbean, gather political influence with the colonial powers or find their very own, unique way to fame and riches.
